I had a lovely experience at the Osborne, where the striking architecture immediately caught my eye. My room was cozy and featured a luxurious king single bed, making it a comfortable retreat. The gym facilities were impressive, and I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The food was good, especially the fresh fish, and the stunning views from my room added a special touch to my trip.
Nothing to complain about! 😊.

We have had a superb holiday at the Osborne Hotel. The food has been first class, absolutely delicious, served in a beautiful Restaurant. The Staff have been most attentive and courtious and the Suite we had was lovely with a Balcony to enjoy the view. Location was superb,we could not fault the Hotel in any way,and the leisure facilities were excellent. We certainly hope to stay there again next year. We did upgrade to a suite !

What an excellent stay, no complaint. Incredible location for my purpose, clean place. For tea or coffee visit Daisycakes nearby. Bright rooms with a wonderful view and the bathroom plus the most amazing views, good pool. Lots of food available in the restaurant. Easy check-in, generally excellent service.

Main thought a degree of sadness that this represented a so called 4 star hotel in one of our premier resorts. It really does need a complete refurbishment. It reminded us a little of Fawlty Towers not because of any stupid behaviour but more that it thought itself good but really it is locked in the 1950's when the Brit put up with anything. The meal we had was good, breakfast choice poor. Internet (free) good but absence of any Sky channels in 2011 not good enough. Parking hopeless and not enough staff generally.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful set in beautiful grounds and in close proximity to the beach and not too far from town (£4.00 taxi ride). The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was really nice, although we were at the back and there wasn't a view, that didn't spoil our stay. Overall the experience was fantastic and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
